Comment Jane Ziegler hit by drunken driver - 11/5/07
Jane Ziegler was hit by a drunk driver Sunday afternoon on a training ride in Tulsa. Jane suffered multiple pelvis fractures, 1 broken and 2 cracked ribs, with lots of road rash. She is currently in ICU (as of 11/5). They are operating on her Tomorrow (11/6) morning to pin and realign her pelvis.
Jane was hit on Highway 97 in Sand Springs just before the bridge over the Arkansas river. The driver had a blood alcohol level of .17 (Legally drunk is .08)
Jane is at Saint Francis Hospital we will send out the room number once she is transfered out of ICU.
